Nursing is wonderful experience for both mother and baby. It provide a w a special bonding experience that many nursing mother will cherish.

Some of the benefit of breast feeding:

Infection fighting

Antibodies passed from a nursing mother to her baby can lower the occurrence of many diseases,like ear infection,diarrhea,respiratory infection,and meningitis.

Breastfeeding is also benefiacial for premature babies and may also protect babies against,allegies,asthma,diabetes ,obesity and sudden death to the infants.

Nutrition and ease to be digested

Breastfed infants have less difficult with digestion than the formular fed infants,Breast milk tends to be more easily digested so that breast fed babies have fewer incidences of diarrhea and constipation.

Free

Breast milk does not cost anything, while formular cost a lot, and because of the immunity they get from the breast fed they are not easily attached with diseases like the infants who are fed from the formular.

The breast fed mother are less with excuses of taking their childrens to doctors, since the babies immunity is high compare to formularfed mothers.

Obesity prevention

The breastfed mother they automatically lose some weight through breast feeding,also the infants they are protected from obesity.

Smarter babies,

Seriously if you want to have the brighty babies,you better think of breast feeding , some studies have found that some children who were breastfed have slightly higher IQs than babies who were formular fed.

Diet improvement,

Woman who are breast fed they are very careful for what they eat,since what ever they eat can pass to their childrens, through the breast milk, there some food that the breast fed mothers should not take just like when she was pregnant. Some fish which are highly with mercury,alcohol,caffeine. we know there are many benefit to get more of it you just stay with us.
